POSITION : “System Support Executive”
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent shall be responsible to carry out following duties;
- Ensure accurate system implementation and maintain data integrity
- Ensure 100% automated business transactions
- Ensure timely completion of complex reports and user guides
- Analyze and identify areas of modification through unit testing of application modules
- Monitor and correct software defects
- Research appropriate programming tools and techniques
- Ensure completion of following documents after module development and solution validation,
- Solution test completion report,
- Technical documents,
- End user guide manuals
- Provide training and support to users as per requirement
- Coordinate between developers and users to resolve system related issues in agreed timeline.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION:
- B.S. Computer Science from any accredited local or foreign institute.
- Expertise in Oracle (8i, 10g) and MS. SQL 2000/2005.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in system implementation, support and compliance services. Fresh candidates may also apply.
SKILLS:
- Analytical Methodologies: Application Unit testing methods & logical design testing technique
- Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Ms. Access
- Programming tools: VB.Net, VB6, ASP.Net, Oracle Developer, Power Builder, Crystal Reports, HTML, DHTML, Visio & Erwin
