Since December when she won the Merit award the Vauxhall Fashion Scout,British fashion designer Phoebe English presented a gorgeous Fall 2013 collection in London and travelled around Europe to address her newely established brand. No wonder why Dover Street Market chose to distribute her collection. We met Phoebe in Paris few weeks after her London show and had the chance to see her beautiful collection. Among so many new designers whose work reminds us of clothes they used to make during their studies many seasons after their graduation, Phoebe does make the difference by designing wearable garments, matching new and classic materials and choosing shapes and cuts that are fresh, feminine, and contemporary in such a good way.
